She is the CEO of Accurate Network Services, and draws on that operator experience to bring a grounded, practical approach to the Accelerator program. An EO member of seven years, she believes deeply in the power of peer learning to change the trajectory of a business and a life.
“My time in EO has changed the way I lead and the way I think. From the people I have learned alongside to the executive education experiences that pushed me well past my comfort zone, this community has shaped me in ways I am still discovering. Serving on the board is my way of giving back, and I’m so grateful for this opportunity.”

In his second year on the Board of EO Edmonton, Sean is committed to growth without limits—both personally and professionally—and values the opportunity to contribute to a community that challenges and elevates its members every day.
“I’m a firm believer in the power of community and peer support which has played a significant role in the successes I’ve experienced across all areas of my life. Being surrounded by like-minded entrepreneurs who challenge, support, and inspire one another is essential.”

EO has been one of the most meaningful parts of my entrepreneurial journey. Being surrounded by people who are willing to be open, push boundaries, and support one another has shaped how I lead, how I think, and who I am. I’m grateful to be part of a community that continues to raise the bar and my only regret is that I didn’t join sooner.

He remains a shareholder in Western Engineered Containment and is committed for the rest of his years to being very fussy about what he says ‘yes’ to.
“I have remained in EO all these years because it has continually challenged me to be a better businessperson, husband, father and community leader. The true impact on my life has been immense. Its such a privilege to regularly interact with so many of the brightest minds in our community. Saying yes to EO ranks amongst my best decisions in life.”

“EO has had a major impact on both my business and my personal life through amazing learning opportunities, accountability to self improvement, and feeding off the inspiration of the amazing peer network.
